Same. The last time I played was Monday night but starting on Tuesday though, I could access the game and get on my account But Im on it maybe 30 seconds (which at same time waiting for all those many pop ups like VIP, deals and others to come and pass) but then I freeze up and the page goes unresponsive. Same results different browsers even on a different computer tried. Day 4 or 5 since Ive been able to actually play and out 2 challenges and collecting gnomes and other so now....... I may just take the rest of December off take a vacation from YW and maybe see how this game is going in the new year.
My game went from playable last Monday night the December 2nd to the following day being unplayable since. Its now the 12th. Ive uninstalled reinstalled chrome. Ive tried through firefox ive just tried through Microsoft Edge as it was a success for someone else and now game is back to playable for them they said. No luck for me. Ive attempted on anothers computer even to rule mine out as having issues. Ive cleaned my computer no extensions to disable Ive cleared caches and more.Connectivity is good. I can do everything I normally would do but play yoworld. Nothing is left for me to do to try to resolve on my end. Same results freeze unresponsive within 20-30 seconds of accessing game is the same results through YW's platform or FBs.
I'm having this issue too. I log on, do one thing (like enter a house, click on event list tab or friends list) and then it freezes and I have to exit the entire game. It's been like this for about a week and it's frustrating that there's been no resolution.
Come on now, this is getting really ridiculous! STILL freezing after 20 seconds of play! I truly don't understand why it's so difficult to fix, never mind address an issue that SEVERAL people have been reporting for literally WEEKS! What does BVG do all day? It's not like we're getting extravagant themes with elaborate decor - heck, they don't even listen to our feedback for desired themes and items! I'm really getting aggravated here, and I don't think it's unreasonable at this point.
