I did a ticket for what I believe was a error and could probably be verified if it was actually looked into. Instead I recieved what looked to be a generic copy and paste auto response with no "we looked into it". Please let me know if a viking actually has time to hear what the issue was regarding and can actually give me feedback on to what happened.
