Same here, Been going on for awhile but always managed to fix itself, as of yesterday I couldn't get into it at all, This is limited to the desktop app , the facebook one works fine. Anyone know why and is there a fix in the future?

Same here, only FB is now jumping to server snake, at least for me now.
Firefox loads Yoworld but lags at certain points.
Andrew was asking people to submit a ticket.
I did but I am not holding my breath on this.
I hope this issue gets handled because it seems to be getting worse :wailing:

Same here! This is our Christmas gift from YoWorld!? I've tried emailing, writing to them with no response as to whether they plan to fix the game or what is going on!?! I'm so upset as I had just paid for an expensive Yodollar package in hopes to decorate more for Christmas! The worst part is we can't even get onto the game to contact them! I don't think they even look at our post on here?! This has been going on this whole week!
If they are not going to fix the game then I would like a full refund! I have too much money invested into this game.
I really hope we hear something soon & they fix this issue! :grr

Me too! This has been going on for several days - including christmas! It's incredibly annoying and disappointing. I'm very upset. The same thing happens on all the platforms I've tried - the desktop app, facebook, AND yoworld.com - the server snake and the disconnect message. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS?!?!? SERIOUSLY!! IT's HORRIBLE! I can't even submit a ticket because I can't get in!

Well mine is finally back up and running. Don't know if it's temporary or fixed. I did uninstall my virus scan (Avast) just to see since that was the last thing I installed before YoWorld went down. Lo and behold YoWorld started working.

I have had this since before 12-25. My mom figured out hers and she is in but I am not. I assume this is by server and I am on the bad one I guess....? Anyways.. I have missed out on everything xmas, the calendar houses or anything that is passing us all by. Anyone know how to get it? I used thru fb and nothing got the worm and then tried to use the desktop app which used to work and now its the same. Xmas is when I spend money usuallyAnd the fact no one has commented here... its bad. by now I assumed something would have been said and fixed. I cant find anything

I have no issues getting into the game and there was an update to address stability - if you are still having issues, please submit an in game help ticket or email BVG at [email protected]
