It has been months since video ads have worked - sometimes you can get through one or two ads then repetitive "No ads available" errors. You have been aware of this issue the entire time, yet you provide no news/updates, or tell players to empty cache (like it is always the players and their computer's fault) and now you simply ignore player pleads to fix the problem - WHICH IS ON YOUR END. Players NEED the ads to have the yo money to buy the increasingly expensive items (does inflation exist in a game?). BVG, you are turning YoWorld into a Pay To Play game, which seems to be the strategy here since you refuse to fix any issues. You have increased the amount of YoCash in the monthly rewards and now have done two Snowball events rewarding YoCash (which are great, ya, sure) but that is not addressing the actual problem, nor is it making up for ALL the lost income from not being able to watch Ads. There are daily popups to buy your stuff with our actual money - how can you get those to work, but not your Ads? Seems that new content would require more work/coding than fixing broken things. If you can't fix it, then make a new Ad system that WILL work. Players NEED AND WANT the Ads to work properly - are you, BVG, going to address this issue or continue to ignore it as you have done with all the other bugs??

Do you even care about the thousands of players that made the game popular and loved?

I haven't been able to get ANY ads for rewards since Oct. 10th. If BVG was losing out on their cut from the ad providers THEY CHOSE/CONTINUE TO CHOOSE they would have fixed the problem months ago. I don't know how anyone could possibly come to any conclusion other than BVG does not care that its players are being disadvantaged.

I have never been able to collect any ads on yoville.com. Used to be able to on the Facebook site but that stopped about 6 months ago. I report it and am told they need: the town, address, state, and zip so the suppliers can fix it quickly. I do a monthly here I am again, another month no ads report and get the same response:wailing:

It takes me over an hour to get the 1 YoCash reward. Repetitive "No ads available" error. Yes, I have cleared cache, upgrade all the things and restarted my computer so many times my head is spinning. Please do something before we all leave out of frustration. Ads are your income as well as players. How long can you stay afloat with neither one?

UPDATE - Next day, ads are working again. After so long of not getting rewards, this is a welcome outcome. Thank you for devs for fixing this issue. I encourage those who are having problems to post on this thread. It worked for me.

My Video's haven't worked for months either. Sad thing is that is how I made my coins and Yo cash. It should of never been touched until it worked completely for everyone on here. Some of my friends said they had them working for a short time and now they don't work either. Something has got to be done so we can have this back. Like go back the old way so that we can get the coins and Yo cash like before. Hopefully they will figure it out so we can get it back. Good luck to us.

i lost count how many times i kept trying to watch ads and yup takes hours to try to get my one yocash . this game owes its players way more then they willing to give us because they owe us astronomical numbers of coins and yocash for all their problems never getting fixed and we suffer for it.

I haven't been able to use video ads in over six months. I've reported this several times, but nothing has changed. Is anyone actually working on the issue? Are we going to be compensated for all the yocash we've missed out on?
