Am sure that I'm not the only one experiencing this, but this past week has been nothing short of frustrating. Trying to decorate or purchase something, and you have to refresh the game over and over and over again. Once in awhile we can deal with, but several times within a few minutes? Seriously?
Many of us are paying customers and we deserve to have things fixed and working properly. I haven't been able to check other homes when they submit videos, most often than not, the ads don't launch. I mean, come on already.
People will stop playing and definately stop paying. This is loss of revenue BVG.

The game is freezing up so much, I can't even load to edit outfits, decorate, go in auction house, NOTHING. Refresh, reboot, nothing helps. FIX THIS GAME!!! We don't need more stuff we need the game to run right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here. It's my coffee in the morning quiet time with the game and log in after supper over a cup of tea. Been playing since the game started and we all deserve better service than this. One thing BVG should do is get rid of posts going back years. Have information relevant to the game updates on a regular basis, but the old stuff should be long gone. It's useless blogs/comments.

I am over all this freezing of the game ..... you get to a place or try to decorate or dress up and it freezes and you have to close the whole game then reload for it to work and thats not a guarantee it will do so ..... Yesterday my game frozen 7 times in a row .... which meant I got nothing done .... except closing down the window ... re-opening the window and trying again ..... it happens way too often and my family who play have said they are having the same issues .... makes it impossible to do anything even going to the factory or doing the gem activity ...

today alone I have had to do the shut down & reload 5 times .... and I havent even gotten to the voting part yet .... this was just collecting the dailies, going to the factory and then the gem location ... before going back home to send out gifts & collect my gifts .... beyond ridiculous .... we are trying to play the game and are finding it a very difficult process .... PLEASE FIX THIS CONSTANT FREEZING AND CRASHING its making it a nightmare to attempt anything within the game! :wailing: :wailing: :wailing:

The game is freezing over and over and over and over again! It's been going on all weekend. Just trying to collect daily bonuses is nightmare enough, don't even think about trying to decorate amidst this ridiculous issue. Even emoticons are not working, as you can witness below. I can't even take advantage of daily special offers due to freezing. So, yes, BVG.... this is negatively affecting YOUR income. Maybe that will put a fire under someone's behind. We shall see... grrrrrr

First, I purchased the Sea Side items and the lamps will not display in the room and now today the game keeps asking me to REFRESH! I pay a lot of money for Yo Cash and I want to be compensated for the items I lost and for the constant game REFRSH requests!

Yes I have major issues too, with the game not responding and letting me wait endlessly. It's hardly possible too play. Especially getting into the inventory.
