I am having some major problems with game. I keep on freezing up in the game. I have refreshed constantly. Once I get in one room I can't move because I am always freezing up. I have cleaned my computer and cache. I have tried different browsers but I still freeze up. I didn't have this problem earlier, but I don't know what happened that it is happening now. Could you please check into this and help me fix this so that I can do my Gems. I haven't been able to do that yet. Please help and fix this. Thank you.
