Hey YoFans!

First and foremost I want to thank you for all of the reports we've received here of the problems you've been having in YoWorld. While we do our best to keep up with all of your reports, this forum is mainly designed for you and other players to discuss ongoing issues.

This being said, in order for us to serve you better your best option for reporting bugs is to submit a ticket via the in-game Help option. This will provide us with a personalized account of your problems and help us look into fixing it much more effectively. We certainly don't want you to feel like we're ignoring you, so if you submit a ticket you will always receive a response from either myself or one of the other Vikings.

Hi there!
Thanks for everything you guys have done for us first and foremost.
I sent in a ticket about a week ago, and no reply back yet.
It had to do with the 2 updates ago when people lost coins before the game went offline.
If you have any updates on that, it would be appreciated :mrgreen:

I did sent tickets and got good help.

Can't wait to see the new stuff, the new theme etc when all the problems will be solved.
