Can anyone tell me why I have this weird blue "thang" in between my legs when I do dances? It's kinda freaky. lmao

I hope I posted the picture correctly. No idea if I'm doing it right.

I found out that it only happens when Im wearing my new roller skates that I got today. A friend also got a pair today and it does not happen with her. Can someone please fix this for me? lol It's freaky.
