First, we appreciate everyone who has reported problems they've had in YoWorld, so please continue to do so! Huge thanks as well to those who help other players out - it's always nice to see how helpful our community is. :hug:

This board is primarily intended for YoFans to discuss any bugs you've been experiencing among yourselves.

We do our best to read and review threads on the forums, but for a variety of reasons, we aren't always able to reply. If you’re having trouble with YoWorld, your best option is to submit a ticket via the in-game Help button! (If the buttons above YoWorld aren't working for you, try disabling AdBlock or any similar software you might have running. If that doesn't help, send an email with your player ID to [email protected]!)

Tickets help us help you in two ways: first, we can openly discuss your account details in private conversation with you, and second, tickets send us details that are specific to your account and how you play YoWorld, and these details help us to look into what you're experiencing. Our Happiness Engineers are working almost 24/7 to answer these tickets, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have something we might be able to help with. We'll do our best to get back to you ASAP!


We’ve found that there are a few general steps that resolve many Yo troubles, so before you send in a ticket (or while you wait for a reply), you can try the following:

    First, please try clearing your cache, then reloading your browser and game. Clearing your cache resolves many common issues with YoWorld and other games by removing old information stored on your computer regarding YoWorld. Plus, it will ensure you have all the up to date game information when something has recently been fixed. Please ensure you do not have YoWorld open when doing this.

    A quick and easy way to clear your cache is to press Ctrl+Shift+Delete key on your keyboard, which will bring up your browser settings with an option to clear cache. You can also clear cache manually through your browser menu options.

    You should also clear your Adobe Flash cache, by following this link and clicking "Delete All Sites" when the box loads: http://www.macromedia.com/support/docum ... ger07.html

    Second, please make sure Adobe Flash Player is up-to-date on your computer. You can see which version of Flash is installed, and update it if necessary, here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

    Third, please increase your Flash Player's local storage allowance for YoWorld. To increase your Flash Player's local storage, right-click (or ctrl-click on Mac computers) on the Yoworld game screen. In the menu that pops up, select "Settings." Click the "Local Storage" tab (this is the third tab from the left, and looks like an open folder) and drag the slider bar to the right. Then click "Close" and reload YoWorld.

I got on Yo this evening to buy some YoCash, enjoy the game, and deliver a present to a friend. Well, the Add YoCash, Settings, and Help buttons aren't loading at all. Since they aren't loading I can't even gift because the box to enter my security code doesn't pop up. If that doesn't pop up the trade/gifting doesn't go through. I can't even submit a bug report since the Help button won't load. I've tried everything you all reccommend and than some and nothing it working. How do I report this?

I'm having the same exact problem. Considering I was getting on to purchase YoCash it's even more frustrating.

We can't submit a ticket through Help.. tabs on top not working. Wanted to buy more YoCash and clicked on it and it turned light green and that was it. Window never popped up.. refreshed and still same. Other Tabs down too including the Help. I got an itch that I need to scratch and only YOCash will fix it !! LOL

Although this sucks all the way around on the bright side for me at least I know that it's not just my Yo World that is having problems. This is a lot of coins that we're all missing out on because of this gliche, including merchandise we could be buying because we can't get a hold of the yocash. :grr :wailing:

It's been hours now since I noticed the problem. I sure hope this gets fixed soon, maybe by morning. I won't be happy if I can't buy the YoCash I need to get the limited time items. It's a bit frustrating.

It's been about 12 hours now since it started happening and nothing has been fixed. I'm beyond a bit frustrated now. This could keep me from purchasing my YoCash at all. I've emailed BVG but I feel like it's going to go unnoticed because THE GAME won't let me send in a proper help ticket.

For those of you who don't have access to certain tabs, check you adblocker/pop up blocker (whatever it's called). For a long time my buttons would not work either unless I turned off the blockers. Now, for whatever reason, my tabs do work and I have no idea why that changed, but still, in order to ask for hot dogs OR do the selfies, I have to turn off the blockers and reload the game, then when I'm done, I turn them back on. I can take the selfie pictures, but can't share them to FB unless my adblocker is turned off.
I'm not computer person, that's for sure, but this does work for me, so try it and see if it helps.

I too am among the lost in YoWorld....This morning could not give or get gifts...this too is gonna cost me plenty since I've got almost 1000 gifts to give & get..I can't even report this problem to Viking....what's going on?...It was down & even got kicked out of YoWorld for Maintenance yesterday,.. I didn't mind...keep up the Maintenance..!!..Just why did this BIG bug start on me this morning....Help..!!! :cold: :?: :shocked: :drink:

Still not working for me. I also don't see a new banner. It's nice that new things can be added while those of us are stuck without a way to buy YoCash or YoCoins to purchase said items! This is extremely frustrating. I know it's not my computer or browser because my husband logged into his YoWorld and all the tabs worked just fine for him. I'd really like to actually play the game I invest money into. :grr :grr

This is the second day without :'( the tabs working. I cannot submit a ticket cause the tabs are all disabled except for the forum one. I hope someone reads this. I am not the only experiencing this problem. I have done all necessary steps but it's still not working. HELP I AM LOOSING COINS HERE PEOPLE!!! NO COINS AND NO YO CASH IS NO BUYING!!
