how do you subscribe to be able to get in to the VIP store?
does it cost yocash to do so?

That was something the old owners implemented. Took them about 5-6 years to release, and it cost yocash.
Now it's shut down for now, no word on if it will be opened again under new owners.

They recently had a poll asking players their thoughts on VIP...I'm certain they will be bringing it back as I seen many in favor of it (me personally didn't enjoy having VIP....was a waste of money) ..and when? Not sure.
