Still cannot enter landing in my Sweetsville home.....I click on the arrow, nothing....click on"enter landing" and still nothing.....

hi click help tab over yoworld and send in a ticket from there .

i cant even get to that point. how can i get into the game. keeps saying it wont connect to server. can anyone please please help. its been months and i cant get in. and i want to buy some things this coming Christmas season!

but have you cleared your cache (which doesn't always help everyone..but may help you)..
and have you tried a new browser?? Sometimes a browser updates and screws with flash and java..I've had to switch a few times myself.

Just a few things I thought of. Hope you get some luck.

Hi Jenna,

Click on this link. It will bring you to your apartment: (by the way, nice music!!)

After you get to your apartment, immediately set it up as your default home. Then, click on Help, and file a ticket, explaining which house it is that wont load for you. There might be an item in the front room of that house that is giving you loading problems.

I reckon there is an item in that room which is preventing it from loading. File a ticket in game and tell them which house and room is having issues, and they will have it sorted out for you.

WOW. I am super impressed with only logic.. You are good Yo HERO! That was so logical of an answer that I am sitting here in shock.
Also @ Kimmie- I agree it is a great Idea she change her default home and try entering in again. If that does not work, she needs to get a ticket order.
