Ok, I'm sure there are many of you that already know how to do this. However, I have come across a lot of peeps in the game that don't have a clue that they can do this or how to go about it.

We cannot trade or sell our houses, that's a given, always has been. However, if you don't mind loosing the coins or yc you paid for your home, simply click on the HELP tab in the game and send BVG an email stating that you wish to delete a home or various homes. Make sure that the homes to be deleted are completely empty and then you also need to label them: DELETE/EMPTY. This way the home(s) can be easily identified and deleted.

That's all there is to it! It takes a few days to be completed. And remember, you will not get any refunds and this action cannot be undone!

I kinda hate that we have to go through all of that just to delete a home, although I reconsidered with a possibility of being able to trade homes.
