...ask your neighbour to send you a pm on forums...
...with this you'll get her/his player ID...its the number besides the name...

...then go to www.yoworld.com/store.php...

...there put in the player ID of your friend and hit the enter / return button...
...then choose the amount you want to gift...
...then hit *checkout with paypal*...

...follow the steps...
