I purchased a wave fashionista hair thru auction house Monday, April 20 2015 and still have not received it up to the present time. I have purchased items thru Yoville many times and always received my items after a 'refresh'. I paid 225k and auction house kept it without delivering my item.
I was robbed of nearly 5 million coins and all of my yocash just a few weeks ago, and president of BVG tells me there is nothing he can do? Yes he can.
BVG 's cooperation in reimbursing and delivering my hair, and hairs that were taken also along with my money, can and should be returned.

Make sure to check all of your inventory, an easier way to do this is by clicking the Yellow Box in the bottom right corner and searching for your hair.

However, if this does not work you can always use the 'Help' tab in game and tell BVG about it.
