...if you mean ppl who are on your bd-list and inactive FB account...then find them under your friends on FB...
...delete them there...and under account you can *update* your buddy list...clear browser cache...
...and after that you can delete them off your bd-list...

No, they are still active in Fb but no longer play the game. I don't want to bother them sending gifts, for it may show in their notification. I just wish they would delete the Yoworld application, if there's no other way of removing them from my buddy list.
