Colour is pretty easy. You'll want to know the hex code for the colour you want, then surround the text you want to change the colour of with tags that look like this:

[color=hex code]Your text here[/color]


An image link is a little more complicated, but it works sort of in the same way. It should look something like this:

[url=your apartment link][img]direct%20image%20link[/img][/url]
