Does anyone know if there is indeed a "secret library" in Alton Towers and, if so, how does one get to it? Thanks!

Hi! By "secret library", I think you mean the mystery bookshelf that you unlock when you level up. You unlock part of it in level 23, and you unlock all of it by level 30. When you click it, there is a portal to a secret library room inside. Only you can access it. You don't need to keep the bookshelf in the apartment. You can move it to whichever house you'd like. I hope I helped clear up the confusion.
