All of my workers are inactive and say unknown So how do you change them out?

I don't think you can. Mine are all like that too, but I still get the max payout.

Welcome to the forums! And you can't, unfortunately. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if they say "unknown" because the most important part is that they give you coins :haha:
