When I click to see the progress of the decorating in my lake front house, it lists a cellar and a right deck. I have looked everywhere and can not find them. I have also looked at the "model home" in the realtor's office and can not find these two rooms..... am I crazy or do they not exist?

I have been trying to "finish" rooms to see if these will open at some point, no luck yet... I have 6 rooms complete

So I guess I wasted $ on this house since it will never be able to be finished... If you cannot access these rooms then they need to be taken out of the inventory of the house

Unfortunately, this has been the way the house was since it was released years ago...

It's a great house..but the cellar room is completely unaccessible and the far deck was only accessible through Yo.com (when it was up and functioning). What I did is enter through that portal and then place a teleport door on one end of the deck and then another teleport on the other deck. That is the only way to work around that glitch.

These are the type of issues that frustrate me to no end with this game. How hard would it be to fix the issue? How hard would it be to take out the build a craft item in the factory, instead of maintaining and updating what is here, there is just new things added constantly. I have spent quite a bit of $ here.. I enjoy it and it is relaxing for me to decorate etc... but the frustrations starting taking away from the relaxation...

Sorry, I am just trying to decide if this is the game I want to continue in and spend $ in

I am sorry that you are frustrated...transitioning the game has been a challenging task on many different levels. Gary (and Greg) both have addressed many of the issues facing the game (in threads here and in the podcasts).and they are working hard to fix many of the things that Z left broken..some of the game is irreparable, however, because the coding was lost in the transfer.

They have a whole laundry list of issues to fix while still upgrading and moving the game forward..i am sure they are trying to do things in the most logical order for the good of the game. All in due time.

You can send in a ticket to get the link to your room, the right deck. I just did and was sent a link to mine. The right deck, you put in a teleport door to acess it. The celler is inacessable.
