If so, can you tell me if you can change the floors and walls? I am looking to buy it, but only if I can make wall and floor changes. I know that with some homes you do not have this option.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Yes you can change floors and walls of the inside of the house, not the outside though. Hope this helps.

I know this is an old post but wanted to maybe give you a suggestion. Yes, you can change the floor however, the tiles that frame the rest of the floor won't change. So, I used to taku mirrors to cover it because it did not go at all with my scheme.
