Hi! I noticed at the real estate office that some houses are non-refundable and some are not.
Is it possible to return a house and get some coins back?

You can delete a house, but you can't get some coins back like we always do on stuffs that we can get back the 30% of the stuff's price. The new update/feature of YoWorld lets us to delete or remove our houses/homes bringing back the stuffs that we put in there but we can't get any coins back from what we brought.

However, I suggest you to make a business(e.g. hotels, restaurants, etc.) by using your homes and at that point, your coins can be back. Just do it everyday together with your "routines" or "habits" on earning yocoins. Goodluck!
