As long as I have been playing, you can complete decorating of 3 rooms in a house and automatically get a discount. Yesterday and Today I have completed 3 rooms in 2 houses but no discount,Why? Help!!!!

Also, one of the house I just completed 100% but nothing. I don't get it.
Someone please explain.
