I'm not sure how to get neighbors and get to 200 to become CEO in factory
Not sure how to add neighbors and my limit for worker is only 4
What are hot dogs used for and what do they do

Well you dont need to be ceo in factory . it would give you quite a bit of coins but it would be more costly than reward . i am not ceo in factory . you can get lots of money if you add buddies and get free gifts .

You get extra coins for each FB buddy that posts a hot dog in their FB feed. You click on that hot dog link and it give you AND your buddy a hot dog. Once you have 4 hot dogs, (or 3 or however many workers you have) then it gives you extra coins for working. I believe that if you have the neighbors/friends on FB, that you can send a ticket to BVG thru the help tab at top of game screen and ask them to add the people to your factory workers.
You can get 1 hot dog every 24 hours from a neighbor/FB friend.

Thank you Renee, I pretty much follow your post ok.

I think if we Facebook friend people then they will show up in a panel to left for gifting and likely we can add them from there ourselves… Not sure yet.

Someone told me to go to 'Hotdog Heaven' on Facebook to get lots of new neighbours but when I did a Facebook search there were dozens of them, mostly food outlets!

Is there anywhere in particular on YoWorld for getting new Facebook/YoWorld neighbours?
