Is there any way yet for ppl to sell their houses & their starter apt. before they leave the game. My nephew hasn't played the game in such a very long time and wants to leave it. He asked me if I'd like to have everything he's got which includes all of his furniture. We met in his homes for a few min. and toured it together. I'd like to have everything he's got. He said that if giving away his homes isn't an option right now, he'd wait. He would give me his furniture now instead. We'll get together soon so that I can help him with the trading/gifting of the stuff since things have changed since he's last played the game.

Hello there. At this time, it is not yet possible to sell or gift houses/apartment. But I would not be surprised if this feature will be available in game sometime in the future.

I know about deleting homes. I'd like to have what he's got without having to spend money on buying them.

If you'ld like to, then I'm sure he would like to give clothing and furniture to you (which are trade/gift-able) without you paying (cause of the reason that the person is your nephew).

What you can do now is to (a) to meet with your nephew in-game (both online) and trade, then put the tradeable items out there and put (10 or 1) coins for the trade, it's just a little amount or (b) invite your nephew to go to your apartment and gift you the items.

But for now, let him (a) delete his homes or (b) keep his homes, (I suggest b) because this homes may be worth if he will go back to the game. :heart:
