I have 3 white keys and 6 white mystery chests, but they won't open. I see an "ask friends" or buy chests/keys message when I try to open them. I have been getting either a white key or a white chest lately when I visit friends, so it's annoying that they won't open. Please help!

Not sure if this will work, but worth a try. Have you tried placing the key s and chests into a room and then removed them?
