My daughter made a payment for yobucks and it bounced as she thought she had enough on her card to do it and we need the link to reconcile the payment so she can start playing yoworld again. she emailed support and hasnt gotten a response in a few days.

She needs the link to fix the problem with the payment so her account is no longer suspended.. she has put alot of money into this game and really has missed being able to play it

They might currently have a lot more tickets than usual, so it may take longer for them to respond unfortunately!

If they do not respond within another 48 hours, I'd shoot them another email using the Help Tab above your game screen, and using the 'Report Bugs & Exploits' choice :)
