cant remember how we friended but how do I make buddy

If you walk aroundand leave your house you will find people . if you click on a person then you can ,go to there house, view outfit, private message ,and you can also add them as a buddie .if you add them as a buddie and they acsept the request they are your buddy . and they apear on your buddy list . if you open your buddy list tab and you have say ...3 buddies online . then you can join them . and chat with them. . A buddy can also send you free gifts . you might already know most of this but i thought i might as well tell you about the buddie system on here .
