I would love to create a banner for my signature.
Can someone recommend a good editing app for ios or give me any "how to" tips?

I like photo shop but you can do a lot in paint.
the size is 500 by 100. .. to see all the specs go to your user control panel and look up signiture there and it tells you the specs.
May do this here in thr forums but I loved doing it myself. Part of the fun is knowing how to do it yourself.

once you have it created upload it to a image host gallery. *tiny pic or photo bucket.
then once uploaded you copy the link for forums and paste the url for it in here.
Many people will guide you. I hope you do it yourself.
