Is it possible to sell or trade a yolex?

After thinking and trying to figure out what a yolex is . i failed to figure it out . but if you go to your. Invotory and an item says ,"starter item ". Then it cant be traded

A yolex is a "rolex." It is a very expensive watch..Top of the line expensive in real life. It is many a mans and womans dream to own one.

There is a Yolex in yo that is expensive as well. I heard some were gifted a few of these watches.
