First you go to the buton right corner of the game . and it will say ,"need a raise" ? Because the more neighbors you have the more money you get in the factory . so when you click that it shows you can buy neighbors or add neighbors . and when you click add neighbors you can choose through your friends list .= D

Youd think with the modern technology that the bvg team can figure out a way to get out PEEPS to play the game.. They need to ask themselves what would get our family and friends to play the game.

It sure is not by spamming them with feed from the game.. Actually I think 1 time a month is enough for any normal person to see you are playing a game. Spamming friends walls will never work.
oh I dont know .. they are the ones who got the masters right? let them figure out how to get family and friends of ours to at least play a week. its kind of ridiculous we have to buy them neighbors.
my gosh I bought them in my space and in fb. so far all they sent me was a bunch of lunitics when i bought them.
Ill never buy one again. OH my gosh when you buy a neighbor they need to at least give you some peeps that are near the same religion or politics. oh no. what the heck they do to me. I buy neighbors and they send me thise lunitics on my yo who eat blood and look like a goat! oh my gosh need I say more!
