I have over 200 neighbors, yet I still am only at an Apprentice salary. Can someone tell me why this is?? Thanks!

Hello
I think that may be broke .I have ten neighbors and I am vice president in the factory .because I used to have around 40 neighbors and they are gone now.
And Buddies don't count for neighbors .maybe you know that but I just wanted to make sure .
You can also send a ticket by clicking the help tab. and the happiness engineers may be able to promote you if they see you have 200 neighbors .

Hi Harper.
Do you have a "crew" in the factory? .. I do believe you must have a "crew" In order for everything to "initiate."
When you go in the factory does it say, "hire" to the 4 membered slots or does it say, "Ask for Hot dogs?"

If you need help with this let me know.

I am only at an apprentice and I should be at least an engineer. I have all of my crew full as well. Can someone answer why this is?

Maybe you can ask your "crew leader" in the factory for recommendations of who is on their list?
