When I click on the home name and the "Home Information" box pops up, there are a couple choices I don't understand. What are 'Blackspace Decorating' and 'Blackspace Walking'? TIA!

The black space decorating is being able to decorate outside the room lines above or below or outside the boxed area.
Black space decorating is being able to walk outside the floor line as well.
