When you open your free gifts in your inventory section you get them
. You can get up to 500 tokens a day

Hi.. that was a little harder to do than most things.
so first
you gift all your friends. .. after you gift them you get tokens for doing this.
once you gift them all, you go to altons or the bank and find that cute little snow man.
once you do that you then redeem your tokens you got for giftiing your friends for hat boxes.

Then in your actions you throw snow instead of water. that is how I did it.
