I unforunitely don't know what that means. It isn't anything important , I read some stuff about it and some people were saying if you are having trouble logging in you can delete the cookies , but I don't know , I think cookies are a memory thing on your computer... I am not much of a tech person .

ty arnold. i don't think this feature cleans cookies on the computer but IDK for sure. it seems to have something to do more specifically with the forum or Yw. i wish someone would tell us. :(

It clears cookies on this board . There is board index . So that means there are several boards .and each board has cookies . That is my guess . I deleted the cookies three times . It logged me out .

To put it simply as possible, deleting the cookies actually helps load your page quicker and more efficient. When you get on , your browser stores cookies, which the site has downloaded and in this case cookies from the fourm. Once your browser downloads a certain amount of cookies, it can cause your browser to run slow ,very slow. It basically just cleans it out and yes; could cause you to have to re login which is perfectly normal.

Cookies are a way for the browser to tract and save information, clearing the cookies in your browser or the board cookies will not do any harm to your system , if anything it's actually better for it. Personally, I clean mine daily to keep my laptop running more smoothly. I hope this helps!
