how to get a refund for an accidental home purchase? I purchased the bouncy castle home, thinking it was an actual bouncy house interactive.

Welcome to the club .. only I bought a one room home thinking it was a village lmao. I sent in a ticket. I suggest you do the same. I don't understand why they keep doing the 'buy before you see' thing and why they name homes with misleading titles. Good luck, eh.
Note: I heard back from BVG and the lesson learned .. don't buy from the pop ups that hit us upon signing in. Mistrust house names. And 'immediate review' means .. call the very next house bouncy when there ain't no bounce lmao.

I've had this issue before myself, except in my case I bought two. I paid for one and it didn't show up or take my cash; so i clicked "buy" again and the page froze. When I refreshed the page I caught the mistake . Instead of missing 30 yocash, I was missing 60 yocash and had two homes. A refund was refused due to all homes are finial and that was BEFORE they had the touring option.

I'm sorry but they are not going to refund for homes for any reason. Just make the best of it, It's all you can do.
