If your friend is on your buddy list, click his/her name in buddy list to visit. Once you are on your friend's home, click on the mesage icon. Click on send gift, and choose which items you will send :thumbsup:

If not on buddy list, is this friend a forumer? If so, click on the apartment link, then message icon.
