I have been a VIP member for one year. At the time I signed up I paid for a one year membership. It just expired and I want to change it to a monthly payment plan. I spent hours trying to figure it out. I even unsubscribed. Every time I try to sign up it automatically try to charge me for a full year.

Where do I go to change the terms of payment.
