I use Photoshop, but there are free online graphic programs.
I'm not sure of the names. Hopefully someone will see this and help you out.

You can make one by using a visual editor. The usual size for a signature is 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels long. Many use Adobe Photoshop to edit photos for it has a great variety of tools you can use. However, if you do not have Photoshop installed or if you are not good at editing pictures, you can make your own using simple editors such as Paint, or generate your own signatures.

The most amazing part is that you can also request a signature and enter the information you need and wait for it to be done. If you don't know how to change your sign, this linkwould be helpful.
