I cant open my video ads and cant even get to report a problem :sad:

This happens pretty often with the video ads. They tend to glitch out and sometimes not appear at all. I would try again after a few hours, or even a full day. If the problem continues, sending a ticket to BVG would likely solve the issue, as it could possibly just be with your account.
