I have stuff that shows up in my inventory that i would like to use but i only get the option to sell it. Am i missing something?

Hi I here you loud and clear, I'm missing stuff I bought on Action house, I have submitted a ticket, this happened the 26/7/2014 and I have re, submitted another today, 27/7/2014. The item still hasn't appeared. Further more I think a lot is going wrong not just you specific question. Hope it sorts it self for you. :)
