what happens if we block a person in the game?

1. can we still see them in here?
2. Do we have to block a person in fb for us not to see them in here or do we still see them in here?
3. How do we prevent a person from messaging us in the forum other then turning it off for all?
4. Can i prevent someone from messaging me in the forum, a particular or do I have to do it for all?
5. If I make a FOE in here, will that prevent that person from messaging me? If not why not?

What happens if a person is blocked and they want to trade?
If a blocked person is blocked, can they still see your events?
can they still see you online?
How do you keep a person from seeing you online? why do we have to do it for ALL in order for the offline feature to work if you only need it for 1 or 2 people who love to irritate you.

Thanks for answering the questions.

AFAIK blocking people in game or on the forums does not automatically prevent you from receiving messages from them here. If you want to block someone from sending you messages here, you first need to make them a "Foe". Then you must take the following steps:

1. Click on your Messages.

2. Go to the tab "Rules, folders & settings".

3. You will now see a subheading "Add rule". It says "If" & then there's a dropdown menu.

4. Click on the menu & choose "sender", then click "next". (Ignore the text under the "Defined rules" subheading, I went through these steps once before to make sure I know them.)

5. There is now a new dropdown menu. It will say "if sender", select "is foe" from the dropdown menu, then click "next" again.

6. You will now see a third dropdown menu with all your previously selected stuff. Select "delete message".

7. Click "add rule".

After taking these steps, you have set a rule which will automatically delete all foe messages. I have no one on my Foes list so I don't know if it works, but I hope so.

As for your other questions, sorry, I don't have the answers for those.

Blocking in game has no effect on the forums and vice versa. I don't have anyone blocked in game and no foes on the forum, so I'm not too sure about how that works.

I've heard that you can't join their events and you can't hear what they say and they appear as a ghost if you are in the same place as they are.

But, the reason I don't block here or in game is it makes you blind. You won't know what someone is saying and they might be saying they're sorry.

Best to just be on good terms with people as much as possible, I think...
