Hi. I have a friend who played back in 09 and stopped playing, we recently reconnected and he wanted to play YW with me again. Unfortunately, for whatever reason he is banned. He did not mind this, because I know he never did anything to get banned. The problem is when he selects the green "Appeal" button, his game screen turns a slight shade of blue and just "freezes." It doesn't take him to go submit a ticket or give him a chance or anything... Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hello welcome to the forums! Same thing to me! My previous 09 account got banned for No apparent reason but I did send a Ticket regarding the Issue maybe It's the Net connection or the Device he's using?

Well then you need Bvg's email . I looked for it but couldnt find it . It has been posted on the forums before . When you send bvg an email not using the help tab you need to put your player id number and name in the message . I will continue to look for the email

Can you get to your friends house ? the activity log shows the player id number of who you gave a gift to .

This thread has been locked as it relates to something that can be resolved by sending in a ticket!

You can let your friend know to send in a support ticket to [email protected] with their Player ID and they should be able to investigate from there (as others in here have been helpful to let you know as well).

I have a friend who is banned for no reason because someone asked him to add like event for selling yocoins in paypal and that time he didnt know thats legal to do in game so they banned him the appeal button doesnt work very well and now he is banned forever... Can he get chance to unban him? it was 2 years ago i think
