I need to complete the 1 gem hangout to get the chapter to finish but i cant seem to find the spot to do that.

hi the gem event is over, if storylines is still working that would have been the only way to finish it. Maybe try sending in a ticket to see if it still active. If not maybe they can complete it for you so you can get your prize. Good luck.

I needed to enter 1 design contest and I did enter the summer glam apprentice contest but it still says incomplete in my storyline. How do I get credit for it or how does that work

Hi storylines use to work with the Gem events. So maybe try doing the room challenge that is next. See if that works for you. Good luck.
