Click MY STUFF AT TOP OF YOUR GAME

Once you click MY STUFF
go to bottom and click
ALL ITEMS
CHOOSE WALL PAPER and they all come up miraculously then choose a Wallpaper.

Warning - some rooms like avenues or some free rooms WONT change the floors or wall paper.

To decorate you just click the little Red chair to access your items under the My stuff Tab. Then just drag and drop the item you want to use.
