There is a tab above your game that has YoCash. You can purchase YC anytime there using a Credit or Debit Card (it goes through Facebook). There is usually a discount sale on the weekends.

BVG offers premium YC deals every few days where you can get YC and/or Yocoins with a bonus item. Today it is a new hair!! These are found in the popup icons on your game screen.

Yocash Dealers often advertise in the Events section. You can purchase YoCash from them in exchange for Yocoins. The exchange is around 60-1 at this time. To purchase "in store" from a dealer, that means they will buy the actual item for you (instead of cash) in exchange for coins.
