Is there away to use an item in a npc pic seperately?..Like can someone design it so I can use it?..Its the fullface motorcycle helmet in biker beauty npc..RT2016

I am not sure what you are asking. You want to somehow use an NPC. or you want a particular full face motorcycle helmet to be designed for you../?? I dont know.
