never waste points

never put "new" items down in rooms that are on 10 already
buy trailers level up the rooms then you can delete the trailers
Trailers are 5k but only 4500 coins when you get a room discount and you get 51 points for buying one
I think its 250 points for getting a room to level 10

Do your visits get those chests and keys, place them in a room they're free points
The items from them are also free points, so are the items you get from Gem Quests
keep an eye on your coin balance when you level up rooms it will go up as well as your points.

If your Selfies work do them in rooms that have people in ... outside Altons is good

OH and buy stuff every time you buy anything you get points .. clothing, flowers or furniture
the Mystery Boxes that you can buy from Gifts and Flowers are good too try the 2500 coin ones some really old stuff in them but they'll level up rooms
