ive had new friends give up because they cant add to the factory, really think bvg should address this, a new player will not know about contacting bvg etc.. this is not going to encourage new players into the game.

New players want ways to gain their crew and also to have the ability to use the hot dogs that are already in place but only work for those who have all the dynamics in place.

Hmm. Maybe they replace this system or fix it? Seems support is always so busy cause all these people have to send in tickets for one-time fixes when they should just be fixing things for all players and no need for individual tickets. Hope they drink lots of coffee.

It's definitely something we intend to look at, but there are other systems and features that have to be implemented or updated first. If it were as simple as just fixing it, you know it would be done in a heartbeat - but there's a lot more to it than that. And we really appreciate your patience until we can get it done! :)

maybe a sticky or in game popup letting people know that they can contact support to get their accounts fixed like i did would be a help?

I thought about doing that and forgot later... Question: When I contact support to add neighbors - How do I know which FB friends (Who are yoworld players) I don't have as neighbors, so I can ask to add them as neighbors? We used to be able to see a neighbors' list in a separate tab. Now I don't remember who I already added as neighbors (When it was an working feature) and who I didn't.

you dont have to tell them individual players, they automatically do it
