Please click on User Control Panel (below Board Index, Upper Left), then click on Profile Tab, then on Edit Signature.

Hi Shani. Did you mean you cannot go to your own apartment? If this is the case, please click on the Help tab on the top of the game screen and send a ticket to BVG so that they can sort this out. You may have an item in the room that is preventing you from accessing it.

Hi Captain, I can go to my apartment, the page seems to load, but then only a blank page is being displayed. All I see is a white blank page. I sent a ticket to the HELP desk. I hope they can help me. If you have any further suggestions, I'd appreciate any help you can afford. Thank You, Shani

I had a similar situation a few months back - I was not able to access one of my rooms and I sent a ticket to resolve the issue. It turned out that there was an item in that room which was causing the glitch - BVG removed the item and after which, the room loaded fine. I hope this gets sorted out for you as well.
