Hi, sorry if I am being 'thick" but on that FREE oversized hat.
When I click to get it it shows a figure 15 crossed out with a +1- by it. If I increase the 1 it goes up at a rate of 15 each time.
What's that about?
& if I click 'BUY' will it charge me for it
